Event description

The first edition of the International Robot Exhibition (IREX) was held in 1974. Since, it has been held once every two years. 2019 will marking its 23rd anniversary. The previous show, held in 2017, attracted participating exhibitors from more than 600 companies and 2775 booths. More than 88 foreign companies, coming from 14 countries, participated . The total visitor numbers exceeded 130,000 visitors.

The International Robot Exhibition is considered as one of the world largest robot trade shows, with more than 10,000 overseas visitors from 82 countries.

At IREX will be presented the latest technologies and related products in robotics. Japan is internationally condirered as the “Land of Robotics”.

This show will to tell the world about next-generation robot technology that supports ever-evolving intelligence and information.

The International Robot Exhibition is organiszed by the Japan Robot Association.
