- What are the measures of success?
- How will the results translate from a small trial translate to a full-scale implementation?
During this phase, we will conduct the needed analyses and start implementing the hypotheses defined during the Planning Step.
We recommend using a small-scale project to evaluate the results and learn from the initial feedbacks.
At this stage, we will analyze the results, and identify what we learned and how to improve further.
We will consider the following aspects:
- Did we achieve the desired results?
- What did not work and should be improved?
- How does the small scale experiment measure up to the larger picture?
- Is the proposed solution viable, practical and can be scaled up?
Finally, it is time to act and we will support you by implementing your tried-and-tested plan.
